Jobs link on dlang.org front page.

Hello everyone,

What do you think if the dlang.org site has a Jobs link on the 
navigation bar, just like the Python site has. 
https://www.python.org/jobs/.

If not on the top navigation then it should be somewhere on the 
front page.
