Then after that, I add other stuff like a summary and change th 
title and so on if I have the time. But I do the generation at 
the same time each week so it gathers the info. It scrapes the 
forum and bugzilla html and pulls github api info.

I'd say it has to do with NIH, but I first made this at the 
specific request of the (predecessor of the) D Language 
Foundation, so it kinda was invented there!
