Authorisation and access control, are integral to OOP. Always has 
been, always will be.

Any 'new' privacy-level, would only be 'new' to D ;-)

C++ had the 'friend' issue.

D solved that. Horray! Let's just make everyone 'forever' friends.

Now D has the 'unfriend' issue.
