If language wants to attract `top programmers`, it must meet the
needs of them.
As long as the `feature` is satisfied, and there is `no cost` if
it is `not used` .
No one 'cares' about `adding new features`.
The more `features`, the better, as long as they meet the needs
of `top programmers`!
Why do beginners know so much,learning while using like `vim`.
The `library author` is the most `important`.
And `excellent programmers` are the `core competitiveness` for a
`language`.
