I am afraid such a document, if done properly, is tantamount to 
doing the full redesign. Otherwise it is just a loose collection 
of rough ideas, valuable to no one but myself.

The reason I brought them up is to gauge interest in and of them.

The next step for me would be to experiment with them, and see if 
they hold up. If that is fruitful we will have something real to 
discuss.
