Does RedHat DTS have D frontend?

I checked [DTS 
10.1](https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_developer_toolset/10/html/user_guide/chap-red_hat_developer_toolset#sect-Red_Hat_Developer_Toolset-About): it has GCC 10.2.1 - does it have D front-end?

May be correct question to ask is: what the earliest version of 
GCC does contain D front-end?
