D support in Zed editor

There is a tiny arrow down next to "sign in" (top right corner).
Click on it, pick the "Extensions", find the "D" extension in the
list and click on the Install button.
Thanks to ryuukk (IRC) who helped me find this out last week. Zed
authors need to work on their UI skills...
