Not entirely in D but a major one - Quantum Break.
The engine itself is in C++ but all game logic is in D AFAIK.
The rest is like more of a indie game jam projects or a mini
games, I remember there was some portal clone related with dagon

Another relatively known game - vibrant, unfortunately i'm not
100% sure if it is written in pure D or even has any D in it.
