Im unsure how to *ever* get something merged into phoboes, lets 
start with my very first thing I believe belongs in phoboes, a 
circular buffer; I was told to wait on a feature that someone 
wanted over a decade ago... that isn't relevant to this spefic 
case even if I agreed the feature had merit(I dont, and that 
opinion I only streghting over time as more effort is wasted on 
it without shipping); waiting a decade to *start* is not eager.

At least be plausible and claim you have high standards(also no, 
Ive seen what phoboes is); you have a political problem not a man 
power shortage.
