The problem is how to do this without hassling the normal users.

Even though they seem to have increased lately, these spams 
aren't too much yet... fortunately.

One thing I think it may happen is some bots reading this forums 
and posting things based on conversations (But unfortunately here 
they can do in the name of some person). Pretty much like what I 
heard is happening in some of those social media like reddit.
