I think you may should change the name "registry" to "DUB" which 
is what most people in this community call D package manager.


About this:

Indeed this is a concern, imagine a newcomer or in fact anyone 
looking for a package and getting empty ones, or even  the 
unmaintained ones.

This should be addressed.
