subpackage and abitrary search now works thanks to Element Green

Recent PR from Element Green, person behind the giD project (GIO, 
GLIB, GTK, etc bindings), makes it possible to finally do 
subpackage search, as well as arbitrary string search. For an 
example, if you search for `nanovega` you will (finally) get 
Adam's `arsd-official:nanovega` in the result. Previously you 
would get no results in that search at all! Similarly, if you 
search for `vega` you will get `arsd-official:nanovega`, as
