I would not mind about a self-hosted gitlab instance. But what I
think right now is that this would be costly because of the
"runners"... you need servers to run them.
Gitlab.com (i.e not self-hosted) is not an option because the
time allowed on the "shared" runners is very limited. For an
organization like D-lang it would be consumed with 3 days I
believe.
That would need confirmation but I think that all the CI used by
d-lang RN are free.
