It really depends on how to use the platform.
I agree that it is mostly for chatting, but there are topics. And 
topics are mostly what "threads" in Forum are. So they are 
separate places for specific discussions.

Another thing - there are some tools for chat exporting. So it 
will be possible to get the whole data.. and feed it to LLM for 
better search maybe.

Also there are an APIs available and it is possible to write a 
bot that can even save short question-answer conversations and 
post them on the Forum..

So there are many possibilities, but they are just not used 
currently..
