OSX support in dmd appears to be having problems

I was fortunately wrong, there is a non-large variant we can use for free.

Looks like I'm bumping the bootstrap compiler though otherwise it has be 
disabled. See: https://github.com/dlang/dmd/issues/21986

osx-15 currently isn't possible: https://github.com/dlang/dmd/issues/21987

As for 14, I'm getting "fun" CI failures like:

Another where github.com wasn't able to be located. Ah dns what joy.
