And this is exactly where Wiki is failing.
To edit page I need to make an account:

> You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following

> You must confirm your email address before editing pages. 
> Please set and validate your email address through your user 
> preferences.

And 90% of devs already have GitHub account. And very limited 
countries where it is problematic to create one - could use VPN.
