tour.dlang.org return 504 error

One Discord user faced with the issue again.
After the suggestion to run it locally - we found out that local 
build is not working as well.

 From my point of view - tour availability should have the highest 
priority for DLF.
It is one the main entry point for all new potential users (which 
we already have very few and the number is just keep degrading).

No ARM DMD backend would be required if there will be no users as 
newcomers who decided to check the language tour - won't be able 
to check the language and they will just left..

Any new HackerNews post even if it will catch an interest to the 
language - and if the user will see that even simplest thing like 
language tour is not working will have 0 effect.

It also creates not great reputation for the language
