Contributing to Mir libraries

I'm working on the code that potentially could become a mir-ml in 
the future
So it would be nice to have some work on mir libs.

One of the potential tasks I would like to see in mir - is more 
betterC-fication.
I think last time I've tried to use some libs in betterC mode - I 
found out that some modules are still using Phobos.
