Eko: New Programming language write entirely in D (Feedback welcome)

D is already a language that's been several time used to program 
other languages.
I think to "Gordon" and also "Neat", there was "Vlang" too. 
Finally during the 2010's there was also a Canadian student that 
used D to create a JS engine. So there's no problem here ;)
