Thank you for investigations!

As I understood there are some new changes (beta releases) in the 
process of DMD release.
And maybe some website parts or curl parts are not consistent yet.

As you may found in the GitHub, several topics are already 
discussing some issues:

The PR with updated information about 2.113 hasn't been merged 
yet:

Hopefully soon it will be more consistent.
