I think you could talk about this process of enabling AArch64 in 
DMD, maybe even in DConf.

By the way since I saw your other post recently 
(https://forum.dlang.org/thread/10ltc4u$2h92$1@digitalmars.com), 
I wonder if you have been using AI in any form for this or it was 
everything manual?
