Use of IA for PR - my POV

For some reasons I monitor a full hand of programming languages 
repos.This is interesting because I can compare to others.

One tendency I have noticed recently in the D world is one guy 
that is very good with AI. Cybershadow. Already 5 or 6 PR, he 
masters the tools.

One problem I'd like to mention is that if for "this" or "that" 
AI may help, you have the risk of not understanding the codebase 
anymore, after merging 100 PR, let's say, the knowledge will be 
lost or costly to re-acquire.

The paradox is however that often human-generated PR are just 
patches. The compiler is a huge patchwork, even if there's many 
sub programs ( visit this or that ).

So you see it's a bit the same. People come and go, newcomers 
have to understand what people who left did. This is what matters.
