Yes, in fact it was more about C and why some languages were 
named as they were, and why C++ was named like this instead of D 
breaking the "alphabetic order", and then he wrote this snippet 
about D.

Let's see how D++ will perform in the future, since it will be 
the first language with AI integrated, it would make a dent in 
the language market share for sure.
