Some tweaks to the Code-d extension in VSCode

1. VSCode ^1.105.0 — minimum API version updated

2. New status bar items:

* Сommand switcher (Build/Run/Test/Clean)

* Quick project run button

3. Improved process termination:

* Reliable cleanup of serve-d, dcd-server, and dcd-client when 
VSCode closes

* Automatic detection and termination of “stuck” processes

* code-d.checkProcesses command to check process status
