This is more likely.

I hate to say but I think programming as we know are in their 
last years.

By the way where I work they just converted a 20 years old code 
in a fresh new framework/language in less than a couple of hours 
with AI. Previously (2 years ago) they had hired a company to do 
this, wasted a lot of money for the exactly same thing and got to 
nowhere.

The knew converted code is in production (Beta) and so far it's 
going well for what I heard. The people doing this said they can 
target and port to any language/environment easily. That's it.
