Yeah, I don't think that subreddit is important these days. At 
its peak, it was a much bigger deal than HN. It's been a while 
now, but it made a sudden turn from real programming content to 
beginner hello world affirmations and memes and low-end trash 
like that. Not sure why the mods put a stop to it. Or maybe they 
did, but it's been years since I visited...
