Templates will let it be inlined; naive delegates of strings; 
handle 1 char, stack frame; 1 char, stack frame; 1 char, stack 
frame; etc. will be slow.
There wont be a hope of the optimizer doing simd. Ascii 
processing should be a bunch of inline bitshift hacks; unicode 
and autodecoding and 3 different char types, wasnt good template 
code because it was 4 different type theories when theres only 2 
that matter and the fastest one was painful to even use.
