Build a Stateful Event Ingestion Desk Tool (Electron + TypeScript)

Looking for a developer to assemble an administrative tool that 
monitors, dispatches, and logs real-time event sequences.

Technical stack:

Frontend: React / TypeScript.
Container: Electron.
Data layer: High-frequency API/socket event stream.
Key requirement: The timeline UI must handle revocation events 
gracefully by converting removed items into permanent placeholder 
records preserving the original content. Clean IPC isolation and 
strict typing are required.
