Thank you, I see there's more than meets the eye.

We need time for things to improve, yet I still believe that 
consolidation and a more focused approach to tooling are 
necessary.

I totally agree with the financial side, I won't pretend that 
isn't an issue.
My idea is to simply bring attention to the topics I believe to 
be important in the current landscape.

The idea is to bring new blood to the community, and that may 
require twisting some arms.
