It was a genuine attempt at improving the state, albeit a failed 
one it seems (just like dip1000). Now D seems to move to a better 
borrow checker it seems.

It is a change in good direction, would be nice if such laws will 
apply to other things like tvs as well, otherwise now you need to 
read that a turned off toggle in tv for enabling adds is actually 
disabling adss...

Indeed it might happen that bad laws can be made, we just need to 
push back, when we know it is a bad law, ignoring it will just be 
detrimental.

Anyway, it would be nice in best effort non-binding (legally) 
approach to follow the resiliency act where it genuinely suggests 
good things.
