Skills for Dlang?

I use them myself for development, not just D. I find especially 
useful the AI Agents instructions I have for the Dev Team.

Originally, I created them at my company to use with 
[Multica](https://github.com/multica-ai/multica) agent 
orchestrator to aid the fast-paced development cycles; revised 
them multiple times.

I basically update one file and then tell AI to update every 
other file similarly based on its context. I did not use 
/create-skill.
