Decision models are coming

Instead of `token[]->token`, there is 100 new models that are 
`token[]->float` that are 10000x cheaper. "jev" "laya" "decision 
models"

These is both a reassertion of classical computer science and 
will likely add a few months of fuel to the ai bubble and value 
classical programmers; which is weird, it will be very weird what 
happens next. It still isnt necessarily the right answer, but it 
*will be* a float and thats such a drastic improvement over "lol 
read this sentence that is maybe in english good luck"

It may be a good idea to go reread machine learning papers from 
the 60's about classifiers.
