There are open source standards for installing skills like: 
"https://agent-plugins.org/" so if somone wants a skill for the 
lib he can make git repository compatible with ai harnesses.

Dub can expose a simple command showing the git repository name 
from which harness can be installed. Nicer, but more costly would 
be for it to share the commands for different harnesses as well.
