I think it's pretty clear after more that decade, that this idea 
cannot be discussed civilly in these forums. It will have to 
occur somewhere else.

btw. you forgot to mention the idea was raised in a draft DIP 
more than a decade ago.

As a **final** and completely appropriate comment to this thread 
(that I created to discuss this, as per you recommendation), here
