[Dlang-internal] Does anyone use the "dmd-cxx" branch?

Yes, gdc-9 till gdc-11 uses that branch as its upstream.  The 11 
release branch is still open for bug fixes, but I imagine will 
close in 2 months after the 11.5 release.
