  Add new predifined version identfiers for armv8

armv8 supports 64 bit mode. There is currently no 64 bit thumb mode.
Also added ARM terminology to specify the version identifiers: http://infocenter.arm.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.arm.doc.aeg0014e/ABCDEFGH.html
