[dmd-beta] dmd 1.063 and 2.048 beta

Looks good.  dstats, dfl and plot2kill all compile w/o a hitch.  
ParallelFuture required some very minor changes to its unittests because 
iota no longer works with chars, but I don't really consider this to be 
a regression because I don't think it was ever really intended to and I 
doubt anyone else was using it that way.
