[dmd-beta] dmd 1.063 and 2.048 beta

Changelog doesn't include the fixes made in the last couple of days,
but everything else looks good to me. All tests pass, everything
builds correctly.

Eight regressions fixed. Nine remain.
Eight horrible wrong-code bugs fixed. About six similar ones remain.
Support for FreeBSD.
Nice release.
