[dmd-beta] dmd 1.062 and 2.047 beta

maybe not so important for the release, but...

Being the author myself, I still detest the naming of 
druntime/src/core/thread_helper and dll_helper. With the sys folder now 
established, I'd like to see them being moved into core/sys/windows and 
maybe just named thread and dll.
