[dmd-beta] Mo' Beta: dmd 1.067 and 2.052 beta

I'm in the process of (slowly) learning git, and there was an Appender bug I fixed right after 2.051 was released.  I didn't update the changelog because it hadn't been advanced yet (2.051 was still the "candidate").

In any case, can someone with more git experience please add this to the ddoc?
