[dmd-beta] What are the current known blockers for 2.053?

Just a note:  The map bug theoretically applies to all the other
higher-order ranges that were made nested.  It's just that I only stumbled
on it for map.  We really need Andrei's input about what to do about this,
since he originally made the changes, is the "owner" of std.algorithm, etc.
