[dmd-beta] rdmd is old, wasn't rebuillt

This sort of error is one of the big reasons that I don't have any version of dmd installed anywhere near my shell's
path.  It's also why I'm a big advocate of completely from scratch builds.  ie: step 1 is mkdir $uniquedirforthisbuild

Together these avoid several entire classes of errors.
