[dmd-beta] D 2.059 beta 3

I've submitted a not-very-reduced test case to Bugzilla.  It's several
thousand lines but at least it reproduces the bug.  I'm currently visiting
my family for a long weekend and have limited time to work on this, and
this appears to be the Bug From Hell.  If anyone else wants to try their
