[dmd-beta] dmd 2.065 beta 1

Trying it now on one of the work servers, I'm getting the "dmd:
/lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14' not found (required by dmd)" error.

This should be a blocker - IIRC the solution is to build it on an older
distro.
