[dmd-concurrency] Working on std.parallelism

This is really about workflows.

If the idea is to work on and evolve std.paralllelism, say, leading to a
pull request, what is the most lightweight workflow? Is it a question of
cloning Phobos and compiling it up as a replacement for the installed
Phobos?
