Fix:
  onscreen output width reduction.. I like wide screens, but not everyone does.
  full compiler command in output file rather than just the current arg combination
  build the full set of .o files to cleanup for not just 'runnable' mode

Add:
  'quick' make target that runs the full set of tests with no arg combinations (about 60x less tests)
  Another swath of tests
