I figured I'd start simple and move tests that are obviously from bugzilla
entries to this test suite.

The problem with incorporating fixes from other sources is the same as for
source code, the license they're under.  DStress has never made that clear,
though it's intention is very clear.

I think we can go a very long way with just bugzilla based reports since all of
those are clearly usable and have a lot of coverage.
