[dmd-internals] building dmd with the microsoft compiler

I wonder if there is value in getting DMD to compiler cleanly (no 
warning) and pass the test suit on as many compiler as possible. I'd 
guess the most value would be in GCC, MS, LLVM and maybe one the EDG 
based compilers.
