[dmd-internals] Status of dmd pull requests

Good stuff.  Thanks for doing this.  Are you doing anything to protect yourself against malicious pulls?  Anyone
anywhere can submit a pull request for any code whatsoever.  Not super likely to happen, but it certainly could.
