[dmd-internals] Pull Requests

I'm avoiding adding "fix issue nnnn" to pulls that require merging
with D1, as that commit won't actually fix the issue. I'm happy to be
responsible for closing issues once the patch has been merged, if this
is taking up too much of your time.
